Shipping Policy

We process orders every day of the week and aim to dispatch all in-stock items within 24 hours of purchase. As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email with all the details.

UK Shipping

  • Standard Tracked48 Royal Mail: 2–4 working days

International Shipping

  • Tracked delivery available worldwide

  • Delivery times vary by location (typically 5–10 working days)

We carefully package all cards and sealed products to ensure they arrive safely and in perfect condition, ready to rip.

Returns & Refunds

You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To qualify, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • With tags and in original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

To initiate a return, contact us using the contact form below. Once approved, we’ll send you a return label and instructions.

Please do not send items back without first contacting us, as these will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Custom or personalised products

  • Hazardous materials or flammable substances

  • Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges

Need something different? The fastest way is to return your item (once approved) and place a new order for what you want.

EU Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the EU, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be returned in original, unused condition with tags and proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 20 business days.
Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
